Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing went badly, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Eventuallydiscount Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and send you a reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
